Personal Mission Statement:
My mission is to turn accessibility and authentic inclusion of people with disabilities into a force multiplier for your organization. Why I do this work: as a person with multiple disabilities, I know what it means to swim upstream in order to get what I want. I believe that helping organizations create a culture where everyone can thrive is the best way to break the cycle of missed opportunities and facilitate real empowerment.
I am a firm believer in turning pain into purpose and using my personal experience to clear the pathway for others so that they can reach their full potential.
My Motto:
Let me compete in an arena free of bias and barriers, and may the best candidate win. In the process, I will seek to open doors, Bill Bridges, and create a launching pad so that others can fly.
